Color: Light Blue Front Embossing: 7TH NIA CONVENTION BEREA, OHIO 1776-1976 Back Marking: SERIAL NO 048 of 500  [The "048" is incised on an unglazed rectangular spot of the insulator with the rest of the marking embossed.  Other insulators would have been stamped with a different number] Quantity Made: 277 Notes: The serial number shown here is part of a complete set once owned by Constance Brown.  The certificate for this year was also blue colored.  This particular one lists the 048 serial number and the name of Constance Brown as the owner.
