This is a four color, circular patch with a blue edge surrounding a white ring, surrounding a blue center circle.  Inside the white ring in red letters are the words "CAPITAL DISTRICT/INSULATOR CLUB."  Inside the center blue circle is a light blue threadless insulator with the letters "N.Y." on the skirt of the insulator.  The patch is 3-1/8" in diameter
