This is a four-color circular patch with a red border surrounding a white background.  Around the outside of the patch are the words "LONE STAR INSULATOR CLUB/ HOUSTON, TEXAS."  At the center of the patch there is a thin red circle surrounding an insulator made of light blue and darker blue thread.  The patch is 3 inches in diameter.
